Delivery
Parcels are posted with a tracked service, whom aim to deliver within 7 days from being despatched. The preferred courier is dependant on the weight of the item and location of the recipient.

Yorkshire Artisan Metalwork is not responsible for postal delays out of our control, please allow extra time for delivery during busy seasonal periods, such as Christmas.

If for any reason we are not able to deliver your item/s within the stated time frame, we will contact you as soon as possible to update you on the expected delivery timescale.
​
Charges are dependant on the overall weight of the package, with average prices of between £3.50 - £15.00. Please check the postage details upon placing your order on our website.

All Items are handcrafted and made to order, therefore please allow 21 days for your item/s to be made.
Unfortunately Yorkshire Artisan Metalwork does not offer overseas deliveries at this time and therefore any orders for overseas deliveries will currently not be accepted.

Bespoke order delivery timescales may take longer, however, these can be discussed upon placing your order.

If you have not received your item within the specified timeframe, please contact us at yorkshireartisanmetalwork@gmail.com and we will check the tracking data available and contact you by return email.

Returns and Refunds/ Damaged Goods
Yorkshire Artisan Metalwork can not accept liability for lost or damaged items in transit.
In the unlikely event that you item is damaged during transit, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your goods, providing a photograph of the damaged item.

Please note that all return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items need to be packaged in a way to ensure they are not damaged in transit and we recommend that you return any item/s via recorded delivery.

Once we receive your item/s, meeting the conditions above, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
Refunds of bespoke items will only be issued if your item arrived damaged. Please see damaged goods section above.
